Become an Official Representative of IBM (VIC)

The Institute of Business and Management (Victoria) welcomes applications from qualified and committed individuals or organisations who are interested in becoming authorised Education Agents. As a representative of IBM (VIC), you will play a key role in promoting our courses, supporting prospective students, and maintaining the high standards associated with our institution.

Compliance and Key References

IBM (VIC) operates in full compliance with the following legislative frameworks:

  • Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000
  • National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students
  • Australian Department of Home Affairs – www.homeaffairs.gov.au

These ensure that international education services are delivered ethically, transparently, and to a high standard.

Agent Application Procedure

To apply to become an IBM (VIC) Education Agent, you must:

  • Complete the Agent Application Form
  • Provide contact details for two (2) academic or professional referees
  • Submit proof of business registration in your country
  • Provide copies of academic qualifications or industry recognition

Note: All submitted documents must be in English or officially translated into English by a notary in your country. Please send only certified copies, as documents submitted will not be returned. It is recommended that you retain a copy of your application for your own records.
