STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
At the Institute of Business and Management (Victoria), our aim is to ensure you fully benefit from your experience in Melbourne. We are dedicated to supporting you not only in your academic pursuits but also in your overall wellbeing and experiences beyond the campus.
Our committed staff members are eager to assist you with your studies, assessments, accommodation, and any other concerns you may have.

- Processing of enrolments
- Orientation
- Refunds
- Enrolment and re-enrolment enquiries
- Student records, including assessment and course completion information
- Accepting student requests for documentations, Students Cards, letters, statement of results, etc.
- Processing credit transfers and RPL
- Receiving student’s complaints and appeals
- Processing deferment, suspension and student-initiated cancellation of studies
STUDENT WELFARE STAFF

CRITICAL INCIDENT OR EMERGENCY
Institute of Business and Management (Victoria) has a designated staff member who our students can contact in case of a critical incident or emergency.

- Airplane Crashes
- International Hostage Situations/ Kidnappings
- National Emergencies
